About the Role
We work with corporations, governments and law firms to meet with legal, regulatory and investigative demands by leveraging our skills to enable our clients to more confidently govern, secure, find, analyze and rapidly understand their data in the context of compliance and risk.
What You’ll Do
- Liaise with clients and project managers regarding client requests and manage expectations
- Co-ordinate closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirements.
- Analyze functional & system processes and business requirements
- Identifying data requirements, extract relevant dataset set from system and perform data- mapping between different sources as per the project requirement.
- Consolidate and synthesize data into actionable visualizations, focused on insights.
- Identify appropriate DI fraud scenarios and deliver using analytics tools and technologies.
- Define Dashboards/ Reports as per business and technical requirements
- Utilize advanced business intelligence tools including complex calculations, table calculations, mapping, data blending and optimization of data extracts.
- Team with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development calls
- Be customer-service-oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessary.
- Travel as required to ensure effective management of case activities. (Minimal notice possible).
How You’ll Grow
- Be part of a cross-functional forensic analytics team
- Provide advanced analytics insights through providing support on projected related to Forensic Data Integrity (DI) Investigation for Pharmaceutical companies
Basic Qualifications
- Experience and understanding of Pharmaceutical - DI investigation related terminology.
- Understanding and knowledge of the CDS and NON CDS instruments and its applications used in the Quality control Lab.
- Understanding of the front end data reports and backend database architecture of the applications used for CDS and NON CDS instruments. (e.g Empowerm, Chromeleon etc)
- Knowledge of the forensic DI scenarios related to the CDS and NON CDS data.
- Experience and expertise in:
- Extracting data from the CDS and NON CDS application (i.e Empower, Ezchrom)
- Performing forensic analytics on quality control data using analysis tools.
- Using analytics tools (e.g SQL, Python, R) and building algorithms as per the required DI scenarios.
- Creating dashboards and reports using Visual analytics tools. (E.g Tableau, Spotfire)
- Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets from a variety of sources.
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding cases & queries and report to management process gaps or efficiencies
- Good communication and team player
- An ability to solve complex problems with well thought out innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
- Flexibility with working hours and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- An ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
- The consultant must have to be ready for short-term and long-term travel across India and out of India for project implementation.

- Analytics tools - Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Python
- Database Design and Implementation, developing algorithms and Stored procedures. Cursors
- ETL Tools - Microsoft SSIS, Monarch, Abbeyfinereader
- Dashboard and Reporting tool - SSRS, Tableau, Spotfire
- MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint and Access
- 2+ years of Pharmaceutical DI Investigation related work experience
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Sciences
- Certification in the required Data Analytics tools mentioned above
