FTI Consulting’s Corporate functions provide support to our client service professionals so they are able meet and exceed the needs of our clients. Professionals within our Human Resources team are dedicated to working together and delivering world class support across our global community.
- Responsible for both campus and experience recruiting activities in the Southeast Asia region
- Utilizes appropriate candidates’ sources from active, passive, source/screen function, agency and referrals in order to meet business needs and build candidate pipeline
- Build close relationships with key stakeholders in the business and act as an advisor on the market trends and talent movements
- Owns the talent sourcing, candidate presentation, interview process and offer negotiation and manages the FTI candidate experience throughout the process
- Recognized as a recruiting subject matter expert to hiring managers, client service hiring partners and HR leadership
- Work with the Asia Talent Acquisition Leader to develop and execute the regional recruitment strategy
- Take ownership of the recruiting portal compliance, talent planning reports and other on-going projects within the talent space
- Participate or lead on global recruiting projects

- Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
Experience Level:
- Min 6 Years relevant experience as a recruiter, preferably a mixed of search firms and in-house environment, specialising in professional services/management consultancies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of success in direct sourcing, with ability to efficiently navigate and use available tools and multiple and diverse candidate sources
- Identifies and can recognize significant recruiting issues (volume, source, skill set) and utilizes operational, recruiting and HR leadership in order to come to a solution
- Ability to identify market changes and trends that will significantly impact recruiting initiatives
- Ability to train, mentor and guide junior staff with respect to orientation, process and FTI compliance standards
