About the Role
To cope with the Asia Corporate Strategy, our Regional Talent Acquisition team is looking for an associate to provide the best delivery support to the recruiting activities across Asia. You will work closely with regional recruiters and HR team in a fast-paced environment and you will be the key person to manage recruiting activities for lateral hires and campus campaigns, build candidates’ relationship and provide a best candidate experience to prospect talents.
What You'll Do
- Manage all recruiting operations across Asia with a focus on managing interviews, contract preparation, job requisition creation and posting, personnel file creation and system maintenance
- Organize and coordinate Graduates & Internship campaigns in Asia, including universities career fairs, industry talks and seminars, graduate assessment days etc.
- Ensure relevant candidate documentation is updated
- Partner with Recruiters and regional HR team on process streamlining and enhance efficiency
- Produce relevant reports through recruitment system and other channels for meaningful insights
- Manage marketing materials inventories (i.e. brochures, gifts, etc.) for recruitment events
- Support Learning & development activities, prepare HR reporting and other ad-hoc projects as required
- Regional exposure (You will be work with colleagues from 10+ offices across Asia)

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in business-related discipline
- 1+ year of HR/recruitment experience in multinational firms, preferable in Consultancy, Professional Services or Financial services
- Fresh Graduates with a positive attitude and relevant HR / Recruiting internship experience are welcome
- Excellent communications in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent attention to details with good time management skills
- Able to handle the highest level of confidential issues with the utmost sensitivity
- Ability to spot areas of improvement and bring new ideas to the table
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential
