About the Role

 

We leverage our extensive experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, public reporting, control processes, tax and compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, efficient capital allocation and sound financial planning.

 
What You’ll Do
  • Prepare month-end close journals for Asia entities.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and accounting schedules on a monthly basis.
  • Perform analytical reviews on financial results on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare quarterly financial reporting for the U.S head office.
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors for completing statutory audits of Asia entities.
  • Liaise with tax agents to complete annual and regular tax filings of Asia entities.
  • Assist in handling secretarial compliance of Asia entities.
  • Assist in running financial reports on a monthly basis.

How You’ll Grow
 

This is a great opportunity for a person with at least 2 years of related work experience to join and work closely with the Regional general accounting team in Hong Kong. The candidate will work closely with business segments and other APAC offices.

 
Basic Qualifications
  • Degree holder majoring in Accountancy.
  • More than 2 years of related work experiences.
  • MNC and/or audit experience is highly preferred.
  • High proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, pivot table, etc) and knowledge in Macro would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to handle large volume of data.
  • Strong logical thinking with an investigative mindset.
  • Good written skills in English and communication skills in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
  • Taxation knowledge in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore and other Asian countries would be advantageous.

Preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates who are available immediately.
