Senior Director, (Valuation) Dispute Advisory Services | Forensic and Litigation Consulting
About the Role
We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.
Our Dispute Advisory Services (DAS) practice assists early stage to Fortune 500 companies, and plaintiffs' and defendants' counsel with complex applied-economic, financial, and accounting issues in dispute and non-dispute related assignments.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and perform day-to-day activities in support of valuation consulting projects including interaction with client personnel, other team members, and professionals from other firms involved in the engagement
- Perform technical, industry, and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information
- Develop work plans and execute analyses to assess complex questions of fact
- Assist in preparing reports and schedules summarizing findings that will be delivered to clients and other parties
- Apply economic, financial, valuation, and analytical skills to various client situations
How You’ll Grow
This is an excellent opportunity for a person with proven, hands-on valuation experience to have the opportunity to partner with our internal stakeholders globally on a wide variety of initiatives related to commercial disputes, financial product matters, intellectual property matters and valuation, restructuring, and solvency matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- A minimum of five years of economic modeling/research or finance experience
- CPA, ABV, CFA, ASA, CVA, CBA or other professional designation or desire to work towards designation
- Strong valuation based analytical modeling, technical accounting, cash flow modeling and finance skills
- Well-developed aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
