The role will require frequent dialogue with senior management in France to understand marketing needs and to design and deliver activities accordingly. You will be a marketing adviser to FTI Consulting in France and will drive through ideas to raise awareness and enhance the FTI brand. This is a ‘hands on’ role requiring strategic marketing skills and also the ability to deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives. Managing the expectations of the partners across the range of disciplines is one of the keys to success in this position.
You will be the solo marketing person in France, but you will be working alongside the broader EMEA corporate marketing and communications team (based on London).
•Deliver campaigns / marketing programmes and lead on day to day marketing activities utilising ‘sound’ marketing thinking and marketing communication tools
•Proactively identify strategic opportunities and enhance the firm’s reputation as a leading adviser, including the review of strategic alliances with industry bodies, industry conference sponsorships and speaking slots.
•Locally deploy a range of marketing projects driven by the wider EMEA Marketing team, tailoring to the French market where necessary.
•Work with external and in-house designers to produce on brand brochureware and client communications
•Manage the marketing budget for France and take responsibility for monitoring and reporting/ROI
•Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within the professional services sector (consulting or law)
•Experience of developing strategic marketing plans, and creating/delivering marketing campaigns
•A solid understanding of multi-channel marketing
•Experience of delivering compelling content tailored for the channel and audience utilizing a variety of communication tools
•Experience of managing a marketing budget and experience of using CRM software and online mailing systems
