The EFC team has grown constantly over the last 10 years, and now includes 180 professionals in Europe (including 20 in Paris).
- Consultant’s responsibilities consist of assisting in assessing the financial impact (sometimes in billions of dollars) of breaches of international treaties or contracts. Examples include the expropriation of assets, breach of concession agreements or infringement of minority shareholder rights.
- At FTI Consulting, the Consultant will have the opportunity to apply his/her theoretical knowledge in corporate finance by participating in financial valuations (DCF method, comparable analysis, financial modelling, etc.) and will be exposed to prominent and current issues across a number of industries.
- Our Consultants play a key role throughout each of our projects, collaborating with team members on project design, performing research and analysis, and developing insights and conclusions.
Qualifications & Experience
• Higher education from a leading business or engineering school, or numerical degree from a leading university.
• Candidates should ideally have a first successful experience in the field of finance (financial consulting, financial evaluation, transaction services, M&A, Private Equity, etc..)
• Candidates must be rigorous, pragmatic and motivated, have strong analytical and synthesis skills, be interested in working on international projects, and enjoy working as part of a team.
• These skills and competencies will be tested during our recruitment process, which includes logical reasoning and English tests, a case study and several interviews with team members.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
