About the Role
We
provide our clients with a comprehensive view of strategic
communications that leverages our integrated suite of services, including
financial communications, corporate reputation, transaction communications and
public affairs in all the major markets around the world.
Under the responsibility of a Director, you will be part of a team of consultants dedicated to Public Affairs.
You will be working for a diverse portfolio of international clients, in a range of sectors including: healthcare, technology, energy and environment, sport and entertainment, mobility, and financial services.
You will join a team of Public Affairs specialists who work closely with other experts within FTI Consulting, with specific focus on sensitive communication, influence and advocacy.
You will interact daily with the global FTI Consulting network, located in major international economic and political hubs.
What You'll Do
• Monitoring of the institutional, legislative and political environment.
• Drafting of briefings, stakeholders’ mappings and position papers.
• Designing public affairs strategies (including government, parliament and administration outreach)
• Advising clients on legislative, regulatory and reputational risks and opportunities
• Preparing and participation in client meetings
• Contributing to business development activities (identification of key targets, research, proposal elaboration)
• Getting involved in office initiative (marketing, recruitment, events, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience
• Political, institutional and economic curiosity and expertise
• High proficiency in English and French (speaking and working)
• Strong ability to analyse and structure information
• Good interpersonal skills and appetite for teamwork
• Independence and curiosity, attention to detail, reliability and a strong sense of initiative
• Prior experience in public affairs is highly valued (1 + years)
• We are looking for candidates with a Masters degree in political science, business studies, law
